(A) IMAL2U Membership
1. How do I register as a member?
Click on the "Sign Up as Member" icon at the main page of the website to sign up as a member and discover the products and services especially for IMAL2U members.
2. How can I edit my member's profile?
Log on to the website with your Login ID & Password and click on the "View or change my account information" hyperlink at the My Account page of the website to edit or update your profiles.
3. What should I do if I have forgotten my Login ID and/or password?
If you have forgotten your Login ID, you will need to re-register yourself. However, if you have forgotten only your password, you may retrieve it by clicking on “Forgot Password? Click here” and follow the instructions.
4. What are differences between RM (Ringgit Malaysia) and i-point value?
i-point is for IPC Shopping members and RM is for IMAL Online Sign Up members.
5. What should I do if have any problems regarding IMAL2U services?

Remarks:
* IPC Shopping members can opt to RV-wallet and Credit Card method to do payment.
* Online Sign Up members are only allowed to use Credit Card to do payment.
(B) MERCHANT PORTAL
1. How do I register as an IMAL Merchant and RM-Merchant?
User can register through IMAL websites or walk in to HQ of IMAL GLOBAL SDN BHD. Successful to sign up as IMAL Merchant will auto subscribe to RM-Merchant.
2. What are differences between IMAL Merchant and “RM-Merchant”?
IMAL Merchant is using i-point to process the transaction and members can collect the PV reward points. RM-Merchant is using RM (Ringgit Malaysia) to process transaction and members can enjoy the privileged discount price to purchase order.
3. What are the steps to be an IMAL Merchant?
- To be an IMAL Merchant, must fill in the Merchant Application Form and pay the Merchant Annual Fees and advanced Maintenance Fees to IMAL (by cheque or cash).
- Marketing Executive will make an appointment with Merchant to sign for Merchant Agreement and to subscribe for Self-Delivery and Self Control Product Services (hereinafter called “the RM-Merchant”).
- After signed the agreement, IMAL Merchant must prepare and submit the relevant information (Company Background, Product Info, logo, pictures and etc) to Purchasing Department.
- Purchasing Staff will process the data and arrange to upload the Company / Product Info to IMAL2U Website.
- If IMAL members have purchase order, then IMAL Admin Staff responsible to issue PO (Purchase Order) to merchant to make order.
- Merchant issue the Invoice and stock delivery arrangement to IMAL (attach by DO).
- IMAL will arrange and prepare the payment for the stock.
4. What are the steps to be a “RM-Merchant”?
- IMAL2U will be providing necessary login information at Merchant Portal to “RM-Merchant”.
- “RM-Merchant” responsible for key in and edit the Product Price, Quantity and Shipping Cost.
- “RM-Merchant” responsible for process the Purchase Order and deliver the goods or services to IMAL2U’s member.
- “RM-Merchant” must to ensure and maintain a sufficient inventory of products and services all the times to IMAL2U’s member.
- “RM-Merchant” must to update Delivery Status to IMAL2U’s member.
- “RM-Merchant” must to submit original copy of Delivery Receipt or any documentation as proof of successful goods or services delivery.
(C) CREDIT CARD PAYMENT
1. What payment methods can I use for IMAL2U e-payment Shopping?
You may only use Visa and MasterCard credit cards. However, please check with the respective banks to ensure that you are allowed to make online purchases using your credit cards.
2. What do you mean by "Verified by Visa and MasterCard Secure code"?
Some credit cards are 3D Secured. This means that before confirming your online purchase, you will be asked for a personal password or details for verification purposes that you are the owner of the card. Take note this feature applies to certain banks only. Please check with your bank first to find out if your credit card is 3D Secured.
3. How many transactions can I make using my credit card?
You are allowed to enjoy how many transactions you wish per credit card but it will depend on your credit limit.
4. While using IMAL2U e-payment Shopping, I will be disclosing my credit card number. How can I be sure that the transaction is secure and my card number will not be disclosed to anyone?
IMAL2U e-payment Shopping uses Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption. The data that is encrypted would ensure data privacy and data integrity.
5. After the payment process, the Confirmation page did not appear. What should I do at this point?
You can go to MY Account and then check whether your transaction is successful.
6. If I have any disputes on I IMAL2U e-payment Shopping charges made to my credit card, who should I contact?
Please email us at creditcard_support@imal2u.com and provide us with your Name, Credit Card Number, Transaction Date, Contact Details, and Purchase Order Product.
7. What should I do if I realized that I had purchased the wrong products / services / items after the payment process has been completed?
Please check the details of your transaction before pressing the [OK] button on Window Message Box. You are not allowed to cancel the purchase or change products / services / items once you press the [OK] button to proceed with the payment process.
8. Are there any additional charges for purchasing product(s) online?
At present, member need to bear the shipping cost and 3% service charges for every products/items made through IMAL2U e-payment Shopping.
